We have combined a selection of pears typically utilized in Normandy’s pear cider production, specifically Domfront pears, with juniper, vanilla, lemon, black pepper, and iris root. In the picturesque Norman countryside, irises commonly flourish along the ridge of thatched roofs.

Pira is meticulously created following our authentic gin recipe, wherein each ingredient undergoes individual maceration and distillation to capture its complete aroma. These distillates are then skilfully combined prior to bottling.
