Kavalan Gin

Description

You may know Kavalan Distillery from the impact they’ve made in the whisky world. Kavalan has now introduced a very different take on gin, a Taiwan inspired, triple distilled gin.
Expect a flavour profile that hits you with botanicals that have been gathered from Yilan, a province not far from Taipei. These include star fruit, kumquat peel, red flesh guava, juniper, aniseed as well as coriander.

The master distiller at Kavalan describes this unique gin as: “Refreshing and elegant.” He goes on to liken it to taking a dip in a crystal pool on a Summer’s day.
