Juniper is the hero. A full flavoured gin with a citrus hit. We wanted to taste the juniper. We wanted it to taste different to our Melbourne Dry. We wanted it to taste amazing. Seven botanicals, both local and exotic, are distilled together in a Single Shot distillation to produce an aromatic juniper forward and intensely flavoursome gin. It takes one single distillation to make a bottle.
