Inspired by the ballet, Giselle in which ballerina Anna Pavlova famously danced herself to death – gasp.

Giselle is distilled using a signature three-stage orange infusion and distillation process.
You can expect notes of pure vanilla and burnt sugar. Most exciting is the rich double cream essence, intelligently infused post-distillation giving his gin its signature unique and delicate taste.

Confused? Let us clarify, it tastes just like a pavlova… think hints of cream, vanilla, toffee, then add in a
caramelised crust. Don’t get us wrong, it’s still gin with it’s base being laid with Albanian juniper.
It’s unmistakably gin with a sweet and delectable twist.
Top with your favourite fruit and you’re in for a sweet treat.
