Drawing inspiration from their winemaking heritage, they utilise grapes as the base for our neutral spirit. Additionally, they incorporate 10% of their Provence Rosé during the final maceration process before distillation. The grapes impart a smooth and rounded texture to our Gin, enhancing the overall mouthfeel.

Reflecting their legacy in design, the bottle pays homage to the perfume trade, capturing the glamorous past and present of the region.

When sampled, Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin captivates the palate with its juniper-forward profile, unveiling intricate layers of citrus, floral, and herbal notes that evolve gracefully over time. The inclusion of grape spirit and wine lends a delicate roundness, making it enjoyable to sip on its own.
