Description

Gin XII is a meticulously crafted gin made from a selection of twelve botanicals and spices, distilled using a plate column still. This unique process results in a delicate array of fragrances. The name “Gin XII” derives from the twelve carefully chosen ingredients used in its production. The gin is known for its refreshing, minty, and floral notes with a hint of spiciness, leaving a pleasant aftertaste.

It is a dry gin that offers an authentic and robust flavour, which is the result of extensive research and contemplation. Gin XII beautifully captures the essence of the Haute-Provence region, utilising a subtle blend of herbs like thyme, rosemary, basil, eucalyptus, sweet almond, and mint.
Combined with small juniper berries, these ingredients create an aromatic experience reminiscent of a leisurely stroll through the Garrigue.
