One of Australia’s newest distilleries, located right in the heart of Bondi Beach and the only alcohol company that actually makes their product in the area. Bondi Liquor Co Citrus Gin is our new drinking gin – the one we grab when we want a Tuesday afternoon G&T.
The start of the show (and queen of the drink) is the lemon myrtle leaf! Snap it in half, have a smell and dunk it in the drink – DELICIOUS!
