Crafted using their foundational spirit, which is cultivated, harvested, and distilled at our east coast distillery, facing the Tasman sea on the pristine Tasmanian island, this artisanal hop-infused gin combines the 9 botanicals found in our small-batch gin, including locally sourced Tasmanian pepper berries and lemon myrtle. We also incorporate a touch of our passion for craft beer, utilising hops.
